The Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan is pleased to introduce to you Patrick Kerwin. Mr. Kerwin is a leadership expert, trainer, and coach who has spent the better part of two decades unlocking the secrets of human potential. His continued mission is to equip leaders with successful playbooks to lead teams, and through speaking engagements and immersive trainings, bring out the best in others. In his work and research with executives, he has discovered 10 essential reasons leaders struggle to lead their teams. This session will introduce a framework of enlightened leadership, and through interactive discussion and team-based exercises, participants will have a solid strategy of what they (and their company) can put in place to immediately enhance their effectiveness and impact. |
