Even if your company is not employing any unauthorized aliens, your company can still be fined for paperwork violations.  This program will prepare you for:  Form I-9 Audit and Inspection Updates; Completing and Correcting Form I-9; E-verify and Form I-9; Handling Form I-9 During Mergers and Acquisitions.

Presenter:  JOHN A. MACKENZIE is a member of Maddin Hauser’s Complex Litigation and Risk Advisory, Employment and Workforce Management, and Real Estate Practice Groups. An experienced litigator, Mr. MacKenzie represents clients in commercial litigation, real estate, and insurance matters. He has tried cases to verdict, obtaining favorable results for his clients, and also regularly represents clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums including facilitation and arbitration. Another part of Mr. Mackenzie’s practice is assisting businesses with I-9 record compliance and inspections conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. MacKenzie graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he served as the Associate Editor of its Law Review.
