Join us for a luncheon with Dave Tippett, PHR,  Director of On-site Training & Development for the Employer's Association.  In his career (so far) Dave Tippett has been an HR Director, Account Manager, volunteer youth worker, team member, team leader, team outcast, award winning playwright, standup comic, trainer, President of several SHRM chapters, and an above average husband. Dave brings years of insight and real world business experience to many business topics, and will keep you engaged, entertained and most importantly, equipped to tackle even the toughest of times.

Dave has provided training for a number of area companies and organizations, too numerous to mention. Dave is a graduate of the University of Toledo and holds a Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Dave lives in Gibsonburg, Ohio with his long suffering wife, Jill, and their ‘fur children”  (two cats and a dog).
