We all know Millennials (workers under 36) are now the largest generational cohort in the workforce, and that they'll outnumber the Boomers and GenXers combined by 2020. But in this session, Erin Mires, will share her unique perspective on the Millennial mindset, because she IS one!  Her program fuels an eye-opening discussion about which traditional business principles may need a revamp to be effective in today's changing workplace. Erin Mires, PhD, is the owner of ECM Consulting, LLC. She has a doctorate in organizational development and leadership from the University of the Rockies and has developed numerous workshops and training programs for organizations of all sizes. She is an adjunct faculty member of business courses and professional development for the University of Louisville and Brown Mackie College - Louisville, and is an Air Force veteran having served as a Personnel Officer before moving to Louisville, KY.
