- FLSA compliance & OT exemption rules
- Brief update on ACA compliance and other benefits issues
- Managing paid and unpaid leaves of absence
- Social media, privacy, and the implications of new technology
- Drug use in the workplace
- Update on federal agency enforcement activities that affect employers
